We're happy to help
All our recipes are suitable for dogs from 8 weeks of age. If your dog suffers from a serious illness, you're welcome to talk to our vet Barbara to find a suitable solution for your furry friend. Feel free to book a free consultation with us.
HelloBello starts from €1.93 per day. To see your personalised dog food recipes and their prices, please fill in the configurator . Only then can we respond individually to your dog's needs.
As a guide: the price for a 15 kg, very active dog (male, neutered and at ideal weight) can be €4.78 per day, depending on which recipe you choose.
You can try HelloBello as a savings plan (subscription) or single purchase .
The savings plan is a flexible subscription that you can adjust, pause or cancel at any time. It not only gives you a lower price for the first delivery, but for all future deliveries too. The savings plan also ensures that your dog is always supplied with fresh food on time.
If your dog won't eat a HelloBello recipe, we'll refund the amount for the first delivery. Simply send us a short video within 10 days of receiving the delivery.
If your four-legged friend doesn't like it, simply send us a video of it and we'll refund the full amount of your order.
Yes, if your dog has no allergies or intolerances to individual ingredients in the respective menus, you can order all three dog food recipes at once.
As soon as your order is complete, our system passes all the important information on to our chef and their planning. If you pay via SEPA, the waiting time for your order can be up to 14 days, as your bank first has to verify our direct debit. Your freshly cooked food will be shipped at the beginning of the following week. You will also receive a separate notification from the post office or DHL when the package is on its way to you. The food is shipped deep-frozen. If it is slightly thawed in some places when it arrives, don't worry, that's harmless.
HelloBello is delivered free of charge to your door in Austria and Germany.
And you don't have to worry about restocking regularly, so your mind is free for other things. Of course, you can decide yourself at any time whether you want to adjust, pause or cancel the subscription.
In weeks with public holidays there may be short delivery delays. If you've been feeding HelloBello for a while, you'll already have received our "Icy Reserve" and can use it now should there be a delay.
